In a few days I'll be in France. Years ago I studied in Paris and have revisited, but have not been back in a few years. I am going with a fellow SRC French major who has truly embraced French teaching, studies and traveling in France. Pat is going to show me her France, Plaisance du Gers, a small village in the southwest. This will be a very different trip. Plaisance has one hotel. It seems just like yesterday that we all were studying Voltaire and Molière in the SRC Library.

Seeing France with a fellow French major
